Jean Marc Soulié
CEO and founder of AMSO Consulting
With nearly 40 years of experience as Treasurer, CFO, CEO and Financial and Technology Consultant, Jean Marc Soulié holds a degree in Economics and Business Management, with specializations in Finance and Sales-Marketing from CNAM. He also holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Applied Economics from the Toulouse Business School.
He has led more than 300 software implementation and systems integration projects, with a self-taught approach in technologies such as SQL, VBA, Java and Power Query. A specialist in Cash Management, Credit Management and Business Intelligence, he is a visionary in CPM and FP&A solutions. Jean Marc is fluent in 4 languages and brings a unique strategic and technical approach to each project.
Alejandro Serra
CFO and Financial Analyst
With 26 years of experience, Alejandro Serra has held key roles as Controller and CFO in national and multinational companies. He holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance, a Master’s degree in Economic and Financial Management (CEF) and an MBA from EAE, complemented by multiple postgraduate degrees.
A specialist in technology applied to finance, he is proficient in Excel, SQL, DAX, Power BI and Artificial Intelligence with knowledge of Python and VBA. Alejandro, who speaks 6 languages, was a Mercur user during his time at Hoteles Único, where he began his collaboration with Jean Marc Soulié.
